India has won the T20 Cricket World Cup again, beating New Zealand by 96 runs in the final.

With this victory, India became the first team to win the T20 World Cup three times and the first team to successfully defend their title.

The final match was played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in India, where more than 86,000 fans came to watch the game.

India scored 255 runs for 5 wickets in their 20 overs.

Sanju Samson played a brilliant innings, scoring 89 runs from just 46 balls. He hit five fours and eight sixes.

Abhishek Sharma also helped the team with a fast 52 runs from 21 balls.

Later in the innings, Ishan Kishan scored 54 runs from 25 balls, helping India reach a very high total.

New Zealand needed 256 runs to win, but India’s bowlers made it difficult.

Jasprit Bumrah was the star with the ball. He took 4 wickets while giving away only 15 runs.

New Zealand were all out for 159 runs in 19 overs.

This victory made India the first team to win the T20 World Cup three times.

England and the West Indies have each won the tournament two times.

The win was also special for India because they lifted the trophy on home soil for the first time, celebrating with thousands of cheering fans in the stadium.
