Daddy Pig from the popular cartoon Peppa Pig will run the London Marathon to help raise money for deaf children.
In an upcoming episode, Daddy Pig decides to run the 26.2 mile race after his son George Pig is found to be moderately deaf and receives a hearing aid.
Running for a good cause
Daddy Pig hopes to raise £54,000 for the National Deaf Children’s Society. This number represents the more than 54,000 children in the United Kingdom who have hearing loss.
The money will help support deaf children and their families by providing advice, support services, and resources.
